What Youll Do
Start your day with a schedule sent the night before and then:
Visit multiple GC Realty properties across the Chicagoland area
Clean building entrances hallways stairwells and shared spaces
Sweep mop vacuum and dust all floors and surfaces
Wash windows wipe down ledges clean light fixtures and remove cobwebs
Empty trash remove debris and maintain a safe welcoming environment
Check lightbulbs pick up coins from laundry machines and report minor issues like leaks or broken fixtures
Document your work via app and communicate with dispatch throughout the day
Finish the day knowing you made a visible impact
What You Bring
1 year of professional cleaning experience (multi-unit or commercial preferred)
Solid knowledge of cleaning tools products and safe usage
A reliable vehicle and valid drivers license-youll travel daily
Comfort working independently while staying efficient and thorough
Ability to lift 30 lbs and work on your feet throughout your shift
A sharp eye for detail and the mindset: If I see it I handle it
A positive attitude and strong time management skills
What Youll Get
Hourly Pay: $16-$20/hour based on experience
