What Youll Do
Your mission: deliver move-in ready units and spotless common areas. No two days are alike but heres what youll take on:
Perform complete turnover cleans for vacant units ensuring every detail is move-in ready
Deep clean kitchens bathrooms floors appliances and fixtures
Wipe polish and sanitize glass railings ledges and high-touch areas
Keep stairwells entryways and gangways spotless for great first impressions
Vacuum mop dust and disinfect with accuracy and care
Swap lightbulbs check smoke detectors and handle small on-the-spot fixes
Flag minor property issues and report them before they become bigger problems
Document your work with notes/photos and keep dispatch updated
Work independently staying efficient and consistent while moving property to property
What You Bring
At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience (2-5 years preferred)
Familiarity with cleaning supplies tools and chemicals (and safe handling)
The ability to balance speed and quality-you know how to be thorough without wasting time
A reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
Flexibility to work across residential homes multi-units and common areas
A strong eye for detail-you notice the little things others dont
A can-do attitude-you take ownership and find solutions instead of excuses
What Youll Get
Hourly Rate: $16-$20/hour (based on experience)
