LVN

We are seeking a compassionate and team-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a dedicated healthcare team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities to include but limited to:

Implement and evaluate nursing care based on established individualized program plans

Monitor and document vital signs weight charts immunization records and general health indicators

Review and maintain all medical and health-related records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance

Respond to medical concerns and participate in emergency care as needed

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with appropriate documentation

Support ongoing communication with families caregivers physicians and team members regarding an individuals condition

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide clinical support after hours

Use EMR systems and nursing tools

To be considered the following is required:

Current LVN license in the State of Texas

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in an HCS (Home and Community-based Services) setting

Ability to work 9-10 hour days and a rotating on call schedule

Starting pay of $20-$23.00 an hour depending on experience.
