About the position:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include following the plan of care providing treatments and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes. A licensed vocational nurse shall perform duties consistent with the Vocational Nursing Practice Act. A licensed vocational nurse shall meet qualifications established by the home health agency for the services provided and any additional qualifications required by home health agency licensure regulations.
Schedule: Part Time - 24 RVEs p/week (benefited) 18 RVEs p/week or Per Diem (12 visits per week)
* Non-traditional schedules are available i.e. Thursday-Monday
Locations:Area #45 covering the cities ofAgoura Hills Calabasas Moorpark Newbury Park Oak Park Simi Valley Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village and Area #42 covering the cities ofCanoga Park Chatsworth Encino Lake Balboa Reseda Tarzana West Hills Winnetka and Woodland Hills
Training:Mon-Fri 9am - 5:30pm onsite at our Woodland Hills office
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Minimum one year of LVN experience required
Must possess a CA License with IV/Blood Withdrawal Certification
Reliable Transportation and auto insurance
CPR Certification
This is NOT a remote position
