You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Manager (Outreach and Communications) in Office of Admissions is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and publicity strategies to raise awareness of NTUs strengths and enhance its brand positioning to attract top-quality students.
The role involves showcasing student achievements forging strategic partnerships with pre-university institutions to expand outreach and overseeing communications and promotional initiatives in support of undergraduate recruitment. The Manager also leads the team in delivering communications outreach and publicity projects.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Marketing & Operations Section the responsibilities of the Manager are as follows:
Plan and manage marketing communications plan and publicity strategies to build awareness of NTU strengths and position it as the university of choice to prospective students.
Plan and manage outreach events to local JC and polytechnics coordinate ad-hoc visits to NTU.
Plan and execute targeted outreach events to engage stakeholders at pre-university institutions and keep them updated on NTU developments.
Plan and manage content for various NTU Admissions social media platforms.
Plan and manage content and layout of admissions website.
Lead production of print and digital admissions collaterals coordinating with all stakeholders and external vendors on contents copywriting and proofreading contents for all marketing project and event scripts.
Plan and manage content and layout proposals for all admissions collaterals including digital pubs electronic direct mailers videos postcards banners etc.
Manage procurement process for collateral productions.
Coordinate with Corporate Comms office on all clearance of collaterals for alignment of corporate identity and guidelines.
Analyse communications social media and outreach events data and provide data analytic reports to identify effective marketing strategies.
Prepare A&M budget proposal and manage A&M budget tracking.
Review and update SOP for communications outreach publication and publicity projects.
Lead the team in outreach communications and publicity projects. Coach and manage teams performance.
Support the Team Lead in managing key outreach events with responsibilities including the content planning and upkeep of the NTU Open House website and the coordination of student-led Team Lead in other administrative processes.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Communications Marketing Business or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years experience in outreach and events management communications and content development for social media platforms with at least 35 years in a supervisory role.
Relevant experience in an education setting will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of mass communications writing and content strategy.
Proven ability to use data and insights to evaluate outreach effectiveness and guide engagement strategies.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prepare work plans proposals project timelines and data reports.
Creative thinker and self-starter with initiative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of web design tools Adobe Creative Cloud applications and social media platforms with an understanding of their respective target audiences.
