We are looking for Subsidiary Cookto join our team!
- Assist main cooks and chefs in preparing basic food items (e.g. cutting vegetables marinating meat).
- Prepare mise en place (ingredients and tools) before cooking starts.
- Help with cleaning duties washing utensils equipment and kitchen surfaces.
- Pack and portion food as instructed by senior cooks.
- Deliver food items between kitchen sections or to service areas.
- Ensure food is stored properly follow FIFO and food safety standards.
- Dispose of waste correctly and keep kitchen tidy.
- Support any section in the kitchen (hot cold pastry) when needed.
Requirement:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the hotel
