To support the daily operations across all our locations in Amsterdam we are looking for ahands-on and experienced Maintenance Employee.

The Role
As aMaintenance Employee youll be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of our restaurants bars and lounges in Amsterdam. Youll handle everything from general repairs and preventive maintenance to quick troubleshooting ensuring that all venues are in perfect working order.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks and general repairs (plumbing lighting furniture equipment etc.)

• Conduct regular venue inspections to identify and resolve technical issues

• Respond to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently

• Coordinate with external service providers and suppliers if necessary

• Maintain clear records of completed tasks and maintenance schedules

• Follow all health and safety standards and ensure compliance

• Work closely with venue managers and the central support team to prioritize and plan technical needs

• Occasionally available for urgent issues outside of regular hours

Requirements

• Proven experience in general maintenance or technical facility services

• Broad technical knowledge (plumbing electricity carpentry minor equipment repairs)

• Reliable proactive and solution-oriented

• Able to work independently across multiple venues

• Good communication skills; fluent inEnglish or Dutch

• Living in or near Amsterdamwith a valid work permit

• Flexible availability including early mornings evenings or weekends if needed
