Responsibilities:
for the supervision of Key Account quality to make sure of the product regulation promote quality improvement and initiate corrective and preventive action to achieve customer satisfaction
and manage the food safety and quality assurance activities in support of manufacturing operation for Key customers
position is responsible for defining and managing the cross-functional interdependencies with PD Commercials Supply Chain etc. Furthermore the role provides the long-term quality direction and defines the results desired based on relevant regulation industry performance and meeting customers standards.
management: including broad definition of project roles and responsibilities within Quality organization. The role outlines Qualitys expectations on Key Account for both internal and external stakeholders as it relates to each project. The position gives guidance and oversight of prioritization and resource management for Quality.
consistent and professional management of customer contact(complaints and enquiries) with appropriate and timely responses and escalation of critical complaint issues to business and regional quality team.
risk assessment and root cause analysis activities to protect our brand and lead FSQ continuous improvement efforts by standardizing challenging status quo benchmarking internal and external.
Requirements:
degree in food science and related majors.
2.10 years working experience in food manufacturing industry
in participate in global or international project
to effectively communicate and coordinate with internal and external personnel
with the process and procedure of manufacturing operation
business acumen in understanding the key business drivers and working effectively with various business stakeholders.

in both written and spoken English
