• Experincia com coordenao de embarque e documentao de commodities exportados em container como: Algodo e Acar.
• Controle de Custos.
• Conhecimento em Operaes Porturias como acompanhamento de estufagem aprovao de planilha de peso e etc.
• Analise dos termos contratuais negociados.
• Experincia em embarques FOB CFR e CIF.
• Follow up com departamento Comercial fiscal despachante agentes de carga companhias martimas clientes e demais departamentos co relacionados.
• Garantir o cumprimento de todos os prazos do embarque para cumprimento dos deadlines (draft e carga).
• Emisso e negociao de documentos de Exportao na origem conforme carta de crdito (LC) ou cobrana documentaria (DP e CAD) e regulamento do pas importador.
• Follow up de todo o processo de emisso dos documentos apresentao dos documentos no banco e chegada da carga no destino.
• Atualizao diria dos nossos controles internos (planilhas) e do nosso sistema ERP.

• Experience in coordinating shipment and documentation of exported commodities in containers such as cotton and sugar.
• Cost control.
• Knowledge of port operations including stowage monitoring approval of weight spreadsheets etc.
• Analysis of negotiated contractual terms.
• Experience with FOB CFR and CIF shipments.
• Follow-up with the Commercial Fiscal Customs Broker Freight Agents
• Shipping Companies Clients and other related departments.
• Ensure compliance with all shipment deadlines to meet deadlines (draft and cargo).
• Issuance and negotiation of export documents at origin in accordance with the letter of credit (LC) or documentary collection (DP and CAD) and the regulations of the importing country.
• Follow-up of the entire document issuance process presentation of documents to the bank and arrival of the cargo at the destination.
• Daily updates of our internal controls (spreadsheets) and our ERP system.

  • Bacharelado em Logstica Comrcio Exterior Administrao e afins.
  • Experincia profissional prvia trabalhando com Exportao de commodities em container.
  • Domnio no Pacote Office especialmente Excel.
  • Ser uma pessoa de resolutiva organizada e analtica.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe.

To qualify for this position you will need:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Foreign Trade Business Administration or related fields.
• Previous professional experience working with commodity exports in containers.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
• A proactive organized and analytical person.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• What makes you stand out:
• Advanced English will be a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills will be a plus.
• Knowledge of Letters of Credit will be a plus.

• Hybrid model (4 days/week in the office 1 day/week remote)
