Job Description:
- Understanding the construction industry.
- Surveying the market and competitors.
- Analyzing data (price customer behaviours market construction trends).
- Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners and discovering new opportunities.
- Planning and developing business strategies.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams.
- Analyzing competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development within the construction industry.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to travel.
- Skilled in SWOT analysis and feasibility studies.
