Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the APAC Sales Director managing the SEA sales team based in Singapore.
  • Oversee sales activities in key markets: Singapore Thailand Malaysia Vietnam Indonesia India Australia and others.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies forecasting and budgeting to align with business goals.
  • Optimize team structure and roles to improve productivity and performance.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational success.
  • Lead the rollout of Sales & Marketing initiatives and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing to implement regional strategies for Product and Segment Marketing.
  • Ensure revenue expense and profit targets are met across the SEA region.

Key Deliverables:

  • Spend 50% of time traveling within the region.
  • Deliver regular performance updates and strategic reports on SEA market trends.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Manage regional budgets and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • This role requires a proactive leader skilled in sales operations team management and strategic planning in a dynamic regional market.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automation or related industry.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performance sales teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of automation products and solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
