DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Report to the APAC Sales Director managing the SEA sales team based in Singapore.
- Oversee sales activities in key markets: Singapore Thailand Malaysia Vietnam Indonesia India Australia and others.
- Develop and execute sales strategies forecasting and budgeting to align with business goals.
- Optimize team structure and roles to improve productivity and performance.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational success.
- Lead the rollout of Sales & Marketing initiatives and drive continuous process improvements.
- Partner with Corporate Marketing to implement regional strategies for Product and Segment Marketing.
- Ensure revenue expense and profit targets are met across the SEA region.
Key Deliverables:
- Spend 50% of time traveling within the region.
- Deliver regular performance updates and strategic reports on SEA market trends.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and sales data in the CRM system.
- Manage regional budgets and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- This role requires a proactive leader skilled in sales operations team management and strategic planning in a dynamic regional market.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automation or related industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-performance sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of automation products and solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
