Job Description:
8 to 14 years of experience in SuccessFactors with at least four Full Life Cycle (FLC) project implementations in Onboarding Module
Minimum 4 End to End ONB Project Implementations
Required : Certified in SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB1.0/2.0)
Required : Certified in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)
Experience in RCM and RMK Would be preferred
Hands on experience in Onboarding/ Offboarding (1.0 and 2.0) Configuration and End to End Implementation
Hands on experience in creating Panels designing and mapping pdf forms configuring New Hire Activities
Good Knowledge in On/Offboarding processes and its feasibilities and limitations.
Experience in Global Project and rollouts
Good Exposure in Standard Hiring Forms
Experience in Custom forms design and development
Workflows configuration (i.e. Exempt / Non-Exempt)
Experience in HRIS setup to Export File and Foundation Data using SuccessFactors Onboarding standard xml file format
Experience with system design configuration customization integration testing and support
Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements
Experience in integrating RCM ONB - EC
Ability to work in multiple projects same time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely
Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
Need to be a team player
Bachelor or Master degree
Passionate about SAP ready to learn and grow
Business Travel: Project specific travelling is mandatory for all the SAP Consultants
