Job Summary
Position Description:
Function as the primary contact for client enquiries requests and ad hoc projects
Function as a senior member who is able to coach and mentor junior members of the team
Supports project teams in order to improve efficiency ensure compliance with standard project methodology ensure speedy and accurate reporting
Identify special techniques and approaches that will be required within the project and improve efficiency
Support the creation and improvement of processes procedures and tools
Facilitate the alignment of the project portfolio with the business strategy and objectives
Subject Matter Expert in area of work
Document update and store OPMs or work instructions in respective sites
Perform duties as documented in the OPMs/work instructions
Stay in the project/team for at least 2 year
Background and Essential Skills
Bachelors degree preferably Accounting/ Finance/Business Management.
Possess exceptional communication skills good organizational skills and keen analytical ability and attention to detail
Ability to solve problem effectively multitask etc.
Action-oriented and ability to assume ownership of requests/problems and deliver effective resolutions to customers
Creativity for devising effective customer solutions within pre-determined guidelines
Quantitative proficiency for performing manual calculations. Adaptability and capacity to handle changing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
