Job Description:
- Responsible for the development and management of diverse digital platforms driving their success by aligning technology with business objectives prioritizing feature enhancements and collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure user satisfaction and accomplish organizational goals
Preferred skills
- Knowledge of consultant sales and onboarding journeys as well as life operations
- Proven ability to digitize end-to-end sales and service processes
- Strong business analysis skills
- Strong understanding of various software development methodologies such as Scrum Agile and Waterfall
- Knowledge of business processes and change management practices
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving and proactive decision-making skills
- Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese both written and spoken
Qualifications
- University Graduate and above
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Insurance industry with a background as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Responsibilities
- Study analyze and identify areas for change in end-to-end sales and onboarding across multiple channels
- Lead and facilitate discussions to ensure business/functional requirements effectively address business needs
- Document functional requirements and user stories for system implementation and operation
- Define enhance and maintain best-in-class business analysis practices
- Ensure and maintain high quality standards throughout the process
- Provide comprehensive support to multiple distribution channels for all digital assets
- Proactively provide valuable insights and recommendations to business and product owners to identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with internal stakeholders I.T. external vendors and partners to implement necessary system enhancements to cope with ongoing business needs
