Manages administrative activities of the overall organization so that administrative staff equipment supplies and other resources are used effectively and economically
Analyzes and resolves administrative service issues and needs
Plans and manages maintenance activities and upgrades to equipment facilities and systems to minimize disruptions to business activities
Researches evaluates and recommends office supplies and equipment purchases
Manages relationships with suppliers to ensure satisfactory standards of service
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in relevant discipline
5 years relevant experience including project management and supervision of support service team/providers
Large pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing experience preferred
