Arcadis is seeking a Junior designer to join itsRetail/Workplace Studiolocated in Beijing. This position collaborates with a diverse and creative team dedicated to excellence in design and innovative problem solving.
- Works closely with senior staff supporting design and technical tasks
- Collaborates with other lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations
- Assists withdrawing document preparation
- Conducts research for the project team
- Produces graphic presentations and builds study models
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or design related field
- 1 yearsof architecture experience
- Experience in large scale commercial/workplace projects is preferred
- Maintains effective communication with project team members
- Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships
- Proficient in AutoCAD Sketch-Upand Affinity Suite
- Experience in Revit preferred
- Proficient in both verbal and written Mandarin and English
- LEEDaccreditation preferred
