- Position Title: Accounts Assistant / Admin Assistant
- Working Location: Kallang
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary AWS Variable Bonus Medical Benefits
- Duration: 1 year contract (Convertible to Permanent Role)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute invoices and delivery orders to clients in a timely manner.
- Actively follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any outstanding accounts receivable or invoice issues.
- Enter customer data and relevant information into the system for invoice processing.
- Collaborate and coordinate both internally and externally regarding invoicing matters for specific jobs and clients.
- Provide general administrative support to the office.
- Take on ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.

- GCE O Levels/Diploma.
- Experience in billing or a related field is advantageous
