Job Description

About the job

In this role you will support the CEO of Habico Invest in all aspects of running the daily operations of the Family Office. As COO & Strategic Business Developer you will act as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO particularly in relation to portfolio companies and potentially investment and financial management in general.

You will in close collaboration with the CEO develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the Family Offices vision and goals. You will lead and professionalize the Family Offices finance and accounts function ensuring financial control and strategic planning.

Your main tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily operations across our fine wine and events businesses ensuring efficiency and progress.
  • Managing and developing four direct reports fostering a culture of excellence continuous improvement and learning
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks across operations and financial activities.
  • To drive process optimization initiatives to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Embody the values and ethos of the Family Office contributing to a collaborative informal and ambitious work environment.

You must build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including family members and relevant key members of the Orifarm organization. Additionally you will act as a trusted point of contact for key stakeholders both within and outside the Family Office.

About you

We are looking for a versatile experienced and intellectually strong individual who thrives in dynamic environments. Previous experience as a CFO Finance Manager COO Business Developer or business focused Executive Assistant is essential to be the right match for this position. We expect you to have a Masters degree in Finance Operations Accounting or similar.

It is essential that you possess strong leadership capabilities or have the ambition to develop or at least have the ambition to develop these skills. . Additionally it is key that you possess excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity.
