What youll do
Indexing all incoming AP taxable documents
Matching invoices with open and related receipts in ERP system
Books small Invoice variances in accordance with guidelines
Routing discrepant invoice details to the responsible associate in the local entity for resolution
Provides daily status report in relation to number of documents scanned and indexed and number of documents outstanding by category
Archive and returns original documents to the local entities in the prescribed format
Provides general assistance and support to the Team Leader
What youll bring:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting/Finance/Auditing
1-2 years general working experience
Written and spoken English skills
Basic knowledge of MS Outlook
Intermediate knowledge of data entry
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent detail orientation
Intermediate level of problem solving judgment and research
Meets Deadlines/Time Management

Experience in accounting and finance or audit field
