Position Overview
The Senior Salesforce Software developer is a key technical resource responsible for the design architecture development and maintenance of applications including requirements analysis customizations database changes screen changes security definition and workflow. This role converts system requirements into logical program designs code modules and stable application systems.
This is a senior-level position that works with a team of technical resources managers and engineers to produce innovative solutions. The Senior Salesforce developer collaborates with business analysts and delivery teams in a highly collaborative environment to define product features estimates and delivers solutions. This person must be able to create and communicate innovative solutions to business issues and processes leveraging their knowledge of the software platform responsible for assigning resources to specific application design and development tasks.
What Youll Do
Lead technical development implementation administration and support of the Salesforce CRM platform. Participate in the development and deployment of new features to support business initiatives playing a leading role in the design of new/improved interfaces and functions within the platform
Collaborate with other Software Engineers to write and review technical specifications as required meeting the objectives of functional specifications. Specify identify specific interfaces methods parameters procedures or functions as required
Provide advanced code review along with pair programming sessions
Provide production support for Salesforce/portals including after-hours support when necessary
Participate in the full SDLC with focus on delivery
Qualifications
8 years working with Salesforce CRM along with the Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification showcasing advanced knowledge of Salesforce development including Apex SOQL/SOSL Aura LWC and APIs
Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles database concepts data modeling software quality assurance (testing code reviews) DevOps (CI/CD Git AutoRABIT Mulesoft) and architectural design for scalable and maintainable solutions.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements translate them into technical solutions troubleshoot issues effectively optimize performance and align Salesforce solutions with organizational goals.
Ability to maintain professional business relationships lead triage prioritize and resolve issues coupled with strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
Thrives in dynamic environments with evolving requirements coupled with proficiency in documenting designs installations and technical procedures along with tools like AutoRABIT Git Mulesoft and Visual Studio Code.

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $98000.00 - $140000.00 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
