Make a Difference
The Supervisor Medical Imaging is responsible to serve as a facility supervisor to oversee multiple modalities in reference to daily operational issues such as scheduling ordering quality training and day to day operations. They will perform the primary role of a staff imaging technologist as needed to fill in staffing. Additionally theyll serve as a site technical resource for the department.
The Supervisor Medical Imaging will exemplify the following:

- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Utilize radiation safety
- Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills which are appropriate to the patients age when performing exams
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
- Five years experience as an imaging technologist (required) in a hospital setting (preferred)
- One year supervisory experience (required)
- Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology Program
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associates Degree and/or Bachelor degree in imaging related field preferred. (Required)
- Current certificate as a Diagnostic X-Ray Machine Operator by the Indiana Department of Health
- Current license with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
