Responsibilities:
- Act as a Technical Consultant providing expert advice and solutions for powder coating and tech solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching market trends and analyzing industry demands.
- Manage and grow key accounts building and maintaining strong relationships with customers industry influencers and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies tailored to the powder coating and surface solutions industry.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing customers.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts ensuring accurate and timely information for management review.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Work closely with R&D and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met with innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in technical sales consulting or a similar role in the powder coating and surface solutions industry.
- Strong industry network and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities.
- Fluent in Thai and good command of English (speaking reading and writing).
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated disciplined and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
