Technical Lead
What will you do
- Guide and support your team in resolving technical issues.
- Actively participate in debugging and troubleshooting alongside your team when required.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with upstream and downstream application teams infrastructure and cyber teams to address integration design and technical challenges.
- Manage both internal and client stakeholders effectively.
- Assign tasks to team members track progress and ensure timely completion of your own deliverables.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in development and deployment of JAVA technologies including Java Applet Struts 1 Hibernate MyBatis and Spring 5.
- Experience working with databases such as Oracle Database and MS SQL.
- Proven experience in migrating monolithic applications to microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of both Windows and Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience with basic monitoring tools such as Splunk Elastic AppDynamics etc.
- Strong can-do attitude and ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
