Krero m te tranga - About the role

TeHerenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruitingfor a Global Engagement and Partnerships Coordinator to join Te Kahupapa - International Office in a permanent full-time role.

The initial appointment range for this role is: $74092 to $85000 per annum.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and providing high-level administrative support for the Global Engagement and Partnerships team and the Universitys international institutional partnerships. The role is central to ensuring a seamless experience for students transferring from our partner institutions and supporting the day-to-day operations that make these partnerships a success.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the University and with our international partners to manage admissions and enrolments for partnership students prepare and host delegation visits coordinate events maintain accurate records and reporting and contribute to new business development initiatives. This is a busy varied role where relationship management meets operational delivery and no two days are the same.
