Job Title: Procurement Systems Manager

Location: Dublin

Reports to: Director Procurement COE

Job Overview:

At Cadence were building a data-driven future and we need someone with fresh perspectives on data and a holistic outlook on master data management to lead the way! Were looking for someone who can simplify how we measure and understand our needs. Youll work closely with procurement finance and AP teams to build and manage master data including reporting governance and change management. Youll partner with teams across the company to standardize and operationalize standard processes for data management and data effectiveness. Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand their data governance needs and challenges
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and best practices
  • Develop and implement data governance frameworks policies and procedures
  • Utilize Tableau for data processing analytics and governance activities
  • Conduct assessments of data quality and compliance with governance policies
  • Provide recommendations for improvements in data management and governance processes
  • Document data architecture designs standards and best practices and provide guidance and support to ensure adherence across stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor team members on data governance principles and tools
  • Provide stakeholder support ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical solutions

Job Qualifications:

  • Understanding of master data in procurement and data governance processes and frameworks
  • Project and/or program management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience working with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or PowerBI and dashboard development a big plus
  • Any prior experience managing environmental social and governance initiatives is a big plus
  • Understanding of SQL or similar query language to get the most out of data visualization is a plus.
  • Understanding of procurement processes and analytical software is a plus
