Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Identify potential business from customer
- Promoting and marketing the product especially funding product (Deposito and CASA)
- Responsible for conducting fund-raising customers (funding)
- Build and maintain a good relationship with customer
- Handling customer complaints and resolving customer issues as well as provide excellent services to customers.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree or Master Degree
- At least Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a Funding Officer (Retail and Corporate) in the Banking Industry
- Experienced in Deposito and CASA product
- Good Interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Own and able to develop a personal network customers
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skill excellent selling skill target-oriented and have self-confidence
