We are seeking a dynamic and technically oriented Cyber Agile Project Manager to lead hybrid delivery projects in the cybersecurity domain. This role combines Agile methodology with cyber program management focusing on vulnerability management penetration testing coordination and delivery of Cyber initiatives across enterprise environments.

This position is essential to improving our clients cybersecurity posture supporting compliance requirements and driving continuous improvement by delivering cross-functional security projects from planning through execution and ensuring alignment with the organizations overall risk management strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives ensuring alignment with enterprise goals cybersecurity strategy and regulatory frameworks
  • Agile delivery: Facilitate sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and backlog refinement using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
  • Cyber Program Governance: Oversee PMO functions supporting cyber programsestablish governance reporting structures and risk management processes
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders communicating progress risks and dependencies clearly and regularly
  • Security Management: Arrange and lead scoping calls intake discussions and alignment with internal and external stakeholders
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices and standards (e.g. NIST ISO 27001) and internal compliance frameworks
  • Team Enablement: Mentor and coach project contributors fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline processes within the Security Program to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness

What You Bring In:

  • Masters degree in Cybersecurity Computer Science or related field
  • Project Management Certifications: PMP PRINCE PMI-ACP CSM PSM or relevant
  • CISSP CISM CISA OSCP or relevant
  • Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience with 5 years in cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience in Agile and hybrid delivery models
  • Proficiency in tools: MS Project Azure DevOps Jira Confluence
  • Strong communication and leadership skills in client-facing environments.
  • Proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving and team coordination
  • Proven experience in leading security projects including but not limited to penetration testing engagements
  • Understanding of compliance requirements within the European Economic Region (EER) especially for high-security environments
