JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the direct supervision of the VIP Specialist team and supervises the day to VIP operation at The demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors. Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guests wins. Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a positive memorable experience for all guests.

DIRECTLY SUPERVISES:

Coordinator Daylife & Nightlife VIP

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Assists with training scheduling developing mentoring and evaluating job performance for staff.
  • Keeps direct reports well informed and meets with each of them on a weekly basis.
  • Ensures staff behavior service provided to guests and appearance are in compliance with established policies and procedures. Ensures appropriate dress and appearance standards are maintained.
  • Ensures that proper staffing and service levels are maintained and monitors payroll approval and scheduling.
  • Effectively communicates event information including but not limited to VIP Pricing and Reservation Information Applicable Cover Charges and General Admission Details Dress Code etc.
  • Enhances Pool revenues by developing a sales culture to maximize food and beverage sales. Effectively monitors sales goals and makes pricing adjustments as needed to yield profitability.
  • Actively solicits new clientele; continuously evaluates and identifies potential business from existing and new clients.
  • Up-sells amenities to existing guests.
  • Ensures that customer problems/complaints are handled in an effective courteous manner. Ensures 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinates VIP Door set up and all door activityincluding cover charge VIP List and verifying VIP identity.
  • Monitors VIP Office activity including but not limited to monitoring VIP Specialist ability to make timely follow-up calls to all VIP guests to ensure satisfaction and to cultivate repeat business. Monitor sales and reservations of pool amenities to include cabanas hot tubs and bottle service.
  • Must meet monthly required sales quota set by senior management.
  • Completes special assignments for upper management as requested.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service experience in a Nightlife environment required. Minimum 3 years experience in high volume nightlife sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task as well as manage multi-faceted projects to successful conclusion.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Diverse fast-paced deadline driven multi-project coordination prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
