We are looking for Kitchen Cookto join our team!
- Assist in food preparation under the guidance of Cook I or Chef de Partie.
- Follow recipes and portion standards accurately.
- Help with mise en place (chopping marinating basic cooking).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in your station.
- Stock ingredients and ensure freshness before use.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
- Label and store food properly following hotel SOPs.
- Assist in buffet setup or la carte plating during service.
- Follow all kitchen safety and food hygiene rules.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the hotel
