About the Role
As our Operations Officer & Driver Secure Media youll play a key role in managing and transporting sensitive client media to and from our secure vault facilities. This is a dual-role combining secure handling accurate processing and professional driving. Youll ensure every item is picked up scanned stored and delivered with precision and care.
Based at our Auckland Penrose branch this full-time role works closely with our internal teams drivers and clients to support the secure movement and storage of critical information assets.
What Youll Be Doing
Picking and scanning media accurately using Media systems
Transporting secure media and file to client sites in a company vehicle
Responding to client inquiries via phone and email
Scanning verifying and storing media in vault locations
Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and compliance
Working with the operations team to meet service deadlines
Participating in cleaning rosters and workplace upkeep
Supporting compliance safety and operational accuracy
What Youll Bring
A full clean NZ Driver Licence
A strong sense of responsibility accuracy and professionalism
Basic computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
12 years experience in logistics warehousing or secure operations
A focus on compliance and following procedures
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
