As Horizon Club Manager we rely on you to:
- Be responsible for the operation management and overall performance of the Horizon Club Lounge.
- Provide guest services as well as supervision direction and leadership in the Horizon Club lounge.
- Implement all standardized procedures rules and regulations systematically to be in line with hotel standard operating procedures and policies.
- Maintain and enforce all quality standards and procedures from guests pre-arrival to guests in-house stay to guests departure.
- Maintain and supervise the F&B operation at the Club floor including maintaining par stocks.
- Promote upselling of Club floor rooms in order to maximize Room Revenue.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management.
- At least one year experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in communicating and writing with fluency in English and the local language.
