Were now looking for a customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our friendly team in Broken Hill.
The Role
As an Internal Sales Representative youll be the first point of contact for our customers delivering outstanding service and ensuring a seamless sales experience your role will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone email or in-person with professionalism and care.
- Processing sales orders preparing quotes and coordinating timely deliveries.
- Assisting with stock control inventory and replenishment.
- Handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions.
- Maintaining a tidy and organised workspace.
- Working both independently and as part of a team.
- Performing some manual handling tasks.
- Saturday morning work on a rostered basis.
About You
Were looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in sales customer service or a trade-related role.
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (and able to pick up new systems quickly).
- Reliable organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Licensed to drive (mandatory).
- Knowledge of electrical products is a bonus.
Desirable extras:
- Forklift licence.
- Background in electrical or related trade.
