LPN - Full Time (3x12s 36 hrs/week) - Burlington NY
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! This full-time role offers the chance to provide compassionate skilled care to adult and geriatric residents in a supportive collaborative environment.
Requirements:
NY LPN Licensure
BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferably in a long-term care setting
What Youll Do:
Deliver direct and indirect nursing care to assigned residents under RN supervision
Assess and monitor residents physical and psychosocial conditions
Collaborate with residents families and the healthcare team to create age-appropriate care plans
Maintain clinical skills through ongoing education and mentoring opportunities
Ensure safety and quality care while promoting a positive environment
