What youll do
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional presales Solutions Engineering team.
- Act as a strategic technical partner to sales demonstrating SaaS core banking value to prospects.
- Drive successful product demonstrations technical presentations and RFx responses to close deals.
- Provide hands-on technical support and leadership as a Player-Coach across diverse FinTech clients.
- Develop and execute regional presales strategies aligned with sales goals and global initiatives.
- Ensure sales team enablement with technical knowledge tools and relevant presales collateral.
What youll bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in presales preferably within the financial services or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of leading and managing a high-performing team.
- Deep understanding of core banking systems and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business model.
- A consultative customer-facing mindset of listening understanding and anticipating customer needs
- Strong technical presentation and communication skills.
