What Youll Do:
- Lead the design of distribution systems both overhead and underground.
- Manage technical scope prepare drawings specifications cost estimates and ensure timely delivery within budget
- Manage design stakeholders to further best-for-project outcomes. Lead technical delivery teams.
- Work in close collaboration with colleagues across service lines.
- Plan lead and coordinate resources and ensure project technical & commercial outcomes and client expectations are met.
- Communicate with clients about current work and future needs provide timely updates on project progress.
- Provide guidance and training to junior engineers.
- Developing the team contributing to keeping team knowledge up to date with technical regulatory and industry trends.
What Youll Do:
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 8 years in power distribution engineering design.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD MicroStation Poles n Wires LV Design Analysis.
- Experience in a consulting or utility environment is advantageous especially with proposal preparation and mentoring juniors.
This job offer can be based either in Makati Quezon city or in our Cebu city office depending on your home base / location.
