Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology determining costs and preparing final documentation.
The work model for the role is: hybrid.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Designs engineering solutions including drawings and calculations according to contractual specification.
- Creates or reviews engineering drawings specifications and plans required by manufacturing fabrication or construction.
- Contributes to design reviews and design verification modifies design as necessary.
- Works closely with project manager right from the receipt of contract / order till closure to meet the technical requirements of the contract.
- Collaborates with the supply chain manufacturing and testing functions to ensure the designs are appropriately manufactured / staged and tested.
- Coordinates with commissioning / service functions to ensure the designs are appropriately installed and commissioned (if applicable as part of the contract).
Qualifications for the role
- Masters degree in electrical engineering as minimum
- Fluency in English (B2 and above)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- The ability to work independently and take initiative responsible approach
