Job Description

The ideal candidate should be well spoken professional and possess an outgoing personality to create engagement and maintain a rapport with our customers virtually and in person.

Responsibilities will include:

Handling all social media platform communications telephone calls emails and other customer acquisition channels.

Creating engagement handling direct sales queries and processing orders on a daily basis.

Skills and Qualities Required:

  • Capability to communicate in English and Sinhala (both spoken and written). Proficiency in Tamil would be an added advantage.
  • Problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage different tasks and priorities.
  • Willingness to learn new processes.
  • Professional outgoing personality self managed and goal driven.
  • Past experience in a customer care role would be ideal.

Technical Skills Required:

Experience with Business channels of Facebook Instagram WhatsApp TikTok Microsoft Google applications E-Commerce platforms and familiarity with computerized accounting and ERP softwireswould be an added advantage.

Qualifications

Should possess O-Level and A-Level Qualifications. Diploma or degree in business management would be an additional advantage.
