Older Persons Service Midlands Area (Longford/Westmeath/Laois/Offaly)

A panel may be created from this campaign for Older Persons Services within the Dublin Midlands Region from which current and future permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full-time or part-time duration may be filled.
Details of Service
Older Person Services - comprises of many services including Residential Services Home Support Services HSE respite contracted Respite Care services and Day Care Services. There are 9 designated centres for Older People approved by the Health Information and Quality unit offers Long Term Care to Older People. Some Centres also offer short stay beds to include respite services palliative care rehabilitation and short stay therapeutic beds. Day Care services are also co-located in many of the Community Nursing Units The 9 Community Nursing Units in the Midlands IHA are

The person appointed to the post will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering a coordinated approach to client care ensuring the promotion of an integrated service.
