Job Description
Our client is a leading MNC covering Energy and Power investments. They are currently looking for a corporate finance professional to join their investment team.
Responsibilities:
- Support new investments and M&A transactions in Asia
- Conduct extensive industry research in Power Energy & Utility sector and maintain database
- Screen potential investment deals and evaluate investment opportunities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence
- Calculate investment return by using different valuation methods
- Prepare Investment Proposal for presentation to management
- Support strategic investment decisions and assist to manage the investment portfolio
- Assist to set and achieve ESG goals and make ESG sustained competitive advantage for the organization
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in engineering finance business& Stra orrelated disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate finance corporate development and/or management consulting
- Experience in deal structuring and execution financial analysis and financing
- Strong interest in Energy sector especially Green Energy
- Good analytical skills and strong financial modelling skills
- Excellent in both written and spoken English
