This Position reports to:
Project Management Group LeaderYour role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to provide administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at an organization or business level. Each day you will perform complex administrative tasks. You will also showcase your expertise by taking ownership of delivering specific business processes/programs.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the Project Management Team in Brno.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Development maintenance and management of project management tools
- Cooperation with all project managers identifying their needs and then making suggestions for optimizing the tools used
- Additional tasks according to current needs
- Possibility to write a bachelors/masters thesis
Qualifications for the role
- Student of a technical university degree (mechanical or electrical engineering)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
- English at A2 - B1 levels
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Precision independence willingness to learn new things
