Define and document learning objectives.
Conduct research and collaborate with subject experts.
Create instructional material: courses curriculum student guides or training manuals.
Design content to optimize learning.
Redesign content to ensure it matches the learners needs.
Create visual audio and interactive learning tools.
Training will be a combination of e-learning instructor-led and on-the-job training.

ResponsibilitiesBasic Qualifications
Bachelors degree
6 years of relevant experience in instructional design
3 years of management experience
Highly skilled with Word Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work in ambiguity manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and deliver
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and development/engineering staff at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud infrastructure services
Experience with data center onboarding and training
Experience with cloud software and platform services
Ability to think broadly and strategically
Highly analytical technically proficient and able to learn new tools and software quickly
