Job Description
The Guest Service Agent at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area is a crucial role that involves providing exceptional customer service to all hotel guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and pleasant.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check-in guests provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process guest payments maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations and arranging transportation
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel booking software
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Available to work holidays and weekends
