Job Description
Overview:
The Procurement Governance Specialist will support global Procurement process and governance activities. This individual will help implement and execute best-in-class governance solutions by applying their knowledge of governance standards and procurement experience.
Responsibilities:
Support the consolidation of Global Supply Chain and Procurement operations across Motorola Solutions and acquired businesses.
Support the establishment and improvement of Global Procurement policies.
Drive integrated processes across Procurement Supply Chain Trade Logistics Government Affairs Legal Procurement Quality and Training.
Support the establishment of procedures for collecting and reporting key metrics.
Aid in determining the best method to store and centralize all Procurement policies and procedures.
Target Base Salary Range: $110000.00 - $125000.00 USD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelors degree in procurement supply chain finance or a similar business field
- 4 years of procurement supply chain or similar business experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required/ Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
