Our client has grown to become one of the leading manufacturers of instant noodles in Thailand. Their brand has provided satisfying happiness through genuinely delicious and authentic Thai tastes offering a wide variety of instant noodle products.
Job Description:
- Implementing marketing plans (Offline and Online) and strategies for products under responsibility to attract consumers and compete in the market.
- Analyzing the market competitors and customers through market surveys and research to understand consumers and the market thereby developing marketing strategies and plans.
- Overseeing and controlling P&L and A&P to maintain a profit-oriented focus.
- Initiating and developing marketing strategies to set the direction of products channels and consumer focus based on insights from consumer and market data.
- Developing and implementing marketing communication strategies concepts and activities.
- Taking responsibility for new product development and launching products on time.
- Working closely with the advertising agency overseeing marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with the product line strategy.
- Cooperating with the trade marketing team to monitor the effectiveness of new marketing programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing MBA or other related fields.
- More than 3-5 years of experience in the marketing field or brand management in the FMCG business is a must.
- Experience in B2B business and proven market research experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English with strong creativity analytical logical and problem-solving skills.
- Active and skilled in interpersonal communication negotiation and project management.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and presentation skills.
