About the role
Delivering projects focused on end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud transformation.
Using our industry leading methodologies to transform clients businesses.
Being available to travel to client sites anywhere in Southeast Asia and potentially internationally.
Contributing to our continued thought leadership working closely with colleagues across the
Firm mentoring and coaching other team members participating in development of go to market propositions and accelerators to improve our service offerings.
About You
Experience in leading/managing financial systems implementations preferably in the financial services industry.
A minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementation projects covering EPM modules like FCCS PBCS and ARCS.
A minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementation on Oracle EPM Cloud
Implementation experience in working on EPM modules like FCCS PBCS and ARCS
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with potentially multiple assignments.
Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral) with a focus on the ability to influence and drive change through complex organizations.
Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
Coach others recognize their strengths and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.

Oracle Specialism or Certification
Bachelors degree as a minimum preferably Accountancy or IT
