As part of our fast-growing Marketplace team youll play a key role in driving the performance of our third-party sellers and improving the overall customer experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic entrepreneurial setting within a large organization with real impact from day one.
As a Data Analyst in the Marketplace team your responsibilities include:
Analyzing Marketplace performance: Dive into complex datasets to identify opportunities for growth and optimization across product assortment pricing fulfillment and seller performance.
Providing actionable insights: Collaborate with category managers partner onboarding teams and business development to turn data into strategies that improve seller success and customer satisfaction.
Optimizing Marketplace operations: Build and implement reporting tools that enhance visibility on KPIs like GMV take rate delivery speed and return rates. Support automation of operational processes using data-driven approaches.
Building dashboards: Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to track seller performance product trends and customer behavior across the Marketplace.
Partnering cross-functionally: Work closely with the central Data & Analytics team Marketplace Business Development and Tech teams to align data needs and drive scalable solutions.
Contributing to innovation: Support experiments and A/B tests to validate new Marketplace features and improvements.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a measurable impact. You are both analytically sharp and business-minded. You love transforming data into real business valueespecially when it helps a growing ecosystem of partners and customers.
We also expect:
Masters degree in Economics Econometrics Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field;
2-3 years experience as a data analyst (preferably in e-commerce or marketplace environment);
Proficiency in SQL and Python or R;
Experience with Power BI or Looker;
Understanding of cloud data platforms (GCP/BigQuery preferred);
Excellent English (Dutch is a plus);
Experience in managing data projects with strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.
