Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - UiPath Developer
In this role the Developer will take part in RPA production bot maintenance enhancement and support activities for Robotics solutions meet the Incident SLA and work as per defined Support process & Practices.
Responsibilities
Hands-on experience developing automations in UiPath Studio
Familiarity with UiPath Orchestrator for deploying managing and monitoring automations
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages relevant to UiPath (such as and C#)
Experience building configuring testing and deploying UiPath automation scripts/bots
Experience using UiPath Document Understanding and integrating document processing into automations
Exposure to UiPath Process Mining for process discovery and analysis
Skills in troubleshooting debugging and maintaining existing UiPath automations
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and user guides specific to UiPath solutions
Familiarity with incident management and willingness to participate in 24/7 support rotation
Collaborative mindset to work within a blended UiPath-focused team and communicate progress/issues proactively
Strong communication skills to collaborate with business users IT and management
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for all high and critical severity incidents
Perform RCA for recurring issues and propose a solution.
Code fix if required to resolve the incident.
Review system health periodically like disk space the capacity of a server etc. and recommend a solution
Keep support handbook and other documents updated.
Update knowledgebase (SharePoint or any location as mutually agreed with the Customer) and SOP with new solutions
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Experience developing and testing software on a Windows platform including hands-on programming experience in Process Automation Software- UiPath
Understanding of Robotics process automation tool UiPath
Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
Willingness and ability to blend business analysis with the hands-on configuration of automated processes in the Automation Software Products.
Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
Ability to talk to the client and get the Business Requirements
Performs code reviews. Communicates and enforces coding standards
Certification in leading RPA Products e.g. UiPath Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism certifications
VB script and Macro experience
Incident management
Familiarity with service management tools like JIRA and ServiceNow
