Crew Training Policy Implementation Manager

Based inBudapest

Purpose of the position:

To ensure the effective implementation maintenance and continuous improvement of crew training policy documentation across the Group AOCs CCTO and ATO in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal standards. The role supports the Crew Training Policy Manager in maintaining operational excellence fostering procedural compliance and enhancing the quality and consistency of training documentation and processes.

Responsibilities:

The Crew Training Policy Implementation Manager responsible to the Crew Training Policy Manager for:

  • Ensuring the revision of AOCs OM part D CCTO OM ATO OM and the Group Training Service letter agreements;
  • Editing AOCs OM part D CCTO OM ATO OM and the Group Training Service letter agreements;
    • Ensuring maintenance of policy documentation management;
    • Supporting the Crew Training Policy Manager with active participation in:
    • Maintaining the Group Trainings operational processes ensuring they reflect the latest industry standards and best practices;
    • Educating Group Training staff on internal procedures fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards;
    • Proposing RCA/CAPs on compliance monitoring audit and inspection results related to his scope of activity.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong understanding of aviation training documentation including AOC OM Part D CCTO OM ATO OM and Group Training Service Letter Agreements;
  • Ability to maintain and improve operational processes in line with industry standards and internal quality systems;
  • Experience in document editing and version control within regulated environments;
  • Capability to support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and propose Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPs);
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills particularly in educating staff on internal procedures;
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Specialized training as per OMM
  • Flight or Cabin crew operational experience
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
