Job Description
The role is to provide Settlement Support to transactions against customers and financial institutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Scanning of transactional documents tickets to Hub
2. Help on Local Credit reporting system input and preparing of AML reports and Internal payment declaration reports
3. Help to prepare courier tickets
4. Help to filing daily transactions
5. Preparing of GBS ticket for account opening and customer onboard data set up and amendments
6. Basic supports to the department
7. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor (3rd/4th year students) or Master degree (1st/2nd year students) with basic financial knowledge
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
4. Min GPA above 3 or equivalent
