Job Description
Your mission
- establish creative direction and visual identity system for internal and external projects.
- develop brand that stands out from the competition and resonates with target audience.
- lead visual design strategy positioning data visualization and typefaces for advertising and communication.
- turn purpose and strategy into aspirational stories through visuals writing and other media.
- collaborate with designers with different backgrounds such as design strategists industrial designers and design researchers to develop a holistic design for our clients.
- support the team with guidance for visual expression.
- build narratives and presentations that wow clients.
Your profile
- 5 years of industry work experience as a visual designer or similar title preferably in an international design-agency or prominent in-house design setting
- in-depth knowledge of graphic and UI design principles.
- solid understanding of leveraging visual mindset and your excellent craft skills to express brand and product identity.
- keen sense for details and outstanding visual design skills using Adobe CC Figma or Sketch or other visual- and interaction-design tools.
- natural presence healthy ambition and high emotional intelligence.
- convincing critical thinking outstanding creativity and excellent presentation skills
- experience and passion on photography would be a plus.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
